✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of skincare products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation

🔒 Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Used or opened skincare items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

🧾 3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
